Bookkeeping and Banking Services

• The latest versions of QuickBooks Pro is the software used for our bookkeeping and banking services.
• Either cash or accrual methods of accounting can be used depending on the client's tax status.
• Full standardized detail and summary financial reporting is available on monthly, quarterly and/or annually and are fully auditible by your independent CPA. (Currently we offer no auditing or attestation services.).
• Monthly bank reconciliation services are available.
• For organizations within our immediate vicinity, Baytown, Texas, we can also manage your banking services, including cash deposits.
• Other bookkeeping and banking services as needed.

Accounts Receivable and Billing Services

• Invoicing with custom designed invoices using your logo.
• Bills mailed in a timely manner with collections services available.
• Inventory tracking and restocking reporting available.

• Vendor payments can be made using custom check stock with your organization's logo.
